MACON, Ga. — September 1, 2026 — Wesleyan College Athletics is excited to welcome Paige Kluba to the Wolves family as the department's new Athletics Operations and Compliance Coordinator and Senior Woman Leader. Kluba brings a diverse background in athletics administration, compliance, communications, student-athlete leadership, and collegiate competition to Wesleyan as the department enters an exciting era of athletic growth.
A native of Cumming, Ga., Kluba joins Wesleyan following four years as an Athletic Communications Assistant at Piedmont University and three years of service as an NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Conference Representative. Her experience has provided her with a unique perspective on collegiate athletics, allowing her to work across athletics administration while also advocating for the student-athlete experience.
"I am excited to contribute to the growth and culture of Wesleyan College Athletics," Kluba said. "With a background spanning athletics operations, legislation, sports information, and national conference leadership, I am eager to help lead Wesleyan through an impactful era of athletic expansion."
Kluba arrives at Wesleyan with an impressive record of academic, athletic, and leadership accomplishments. In 2026, she was named the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Woman of the Year and earned the 2025 NCAA Fall Postgraduate Scholarship. She was also selected as a finalist for the NCAA Jim McKay Graduate Scholarship in 2025.
During her time at Piedmont University, Kluba represented student-athletes nationwide as a member of the National NCAA Division III SAAC Executive Board while competing as a dual-sport student-athlete in women's soccer and tennis. As a member of the Piedmont women's soccer program, she played both forward and defender and earned All-CCS Second Team honors in 2023 and 2024. In the spring of 2026, she added women's tennis to her collegiate athletic career and earned a conference doubles victory.
Her accomplishments in the classroom are equally impressive. Kluba graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Sports Communications and Mass Communications in just three years before earning her Master of Science in Management in May 2026. She was a two-time CSC Academic All-District selection, a four-time CCS All-Academic Team honoree, and an ITA Scholar Athlete.
Kluba also made a significant impact beyond the playing field. She served as Editor-in-Chief of Piedmont's student newspaper, The Roar, which earned first-place CMA and Pinnacle journalism awards during her tenure. She was also recognized with Piedmont's Community Journalism Award and received back-to-back Honors Awards, recognizing the highest departmental GPA within the Mass Communications department.
Her extensive experience as both a student-athlete and athletics professional has shaped Kluba's philosophy surrounding student-athlete development and departmental growth.
"My goal is to collaborate closely with coaches and student-athletes to create a high-value experience where athletes thrive in and out of competition," Kluba said. "By focusing on operational excellence, integrity, and student development, we will continue growing Wesleyan Athletics in a competitive, engaging way that makes student-athletes, staff, and fans proud to represent Wesleyan."
As Senior Woman Leader, Kluba will also serve as an advocate and resource for Wesleyan's student-athletes and coaching staff, helping foster an environment centered on leadership, empowerment, and holistic development.
"I am deeply committed to serving as an advocate, mentor, and resource for all of our student-athletes, as well as our coaching staff," Kluba said. "By building an inclusive environment rooted in leadership development, empowerment, and holistic growth, I strive to help our student-athletes develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed long after their playing days are over, and enjoy the time they have competing while at Wesleyan."
Kluba holds a Master of Science in Management and bachelor's degrees in Sports Communications and Mass Communications from Piedmont University.
With her combination of athletics administration experience, NCAA leadership, compliance knowledge, communications expertise, and firsthand understanding of the student-athlete experience, Kluba joins Wesleyan College Athletics prepared to play an important role in the continued growth and development of the Wolves.
