Monteagle, TN - Riding hot bats, Wesleyan College picked up two five inning wins on Wednesday over Sewanee, pushing their win total for the season to double digits for the first time since 2007. The Wolves won 12-1 and 13-2.

  • Blazing Bats Continue: For the second consecutive day, the Wolves recorded 19 hits over two games.
  • Back-to-back: Freshman Victoria Clower hit a two-run bomb in Game 2 against the Tigers, marking back to back days with a home run for the Wolves catcher.
  • Freshman Firepower: Jessica Fleming was 3-for-4 with four runs scored, three RBIs and five walks, while Victoria Clower went 4-for-5 with five runs scored, two RBIs and three walks.
  • Going for the win: Freshman Camillia Carter improved to 2-1 on the mound, while junior Mellissa Webb is now 5-6 and leading the Wolves in wins this season.
