Softball Closes Out Regular Season at Salem

SALEM, N.C. - Wesleyan College fell in its final Great South Athletic Conference series of the season, dropping both ends of a doubleheader at Salem College.

The Spirits won 31-0 and 22-0 in a pair of games shortened to five innings. Christina Mayfield, Megan Trietsch and Hannah Finch each collected a hit in the doubleheader.

The Pioneers will await word from the GSAC regarding tournament scheduling and seeding. The GSAC Tournament will be April 26-28 at Salem.
