Wolves Tennis Falls to Piedmont

Demorest, GA - Rebecca Cheng earned the lone point for Wesleyan tennis at No. 6 singles in a USA South matchup against Piedmont College. The Lions won the match 8-1.

After splitting the first two sets of her match, Cheng trailed in the third set tiebreak by a score of 3-6. She won seven of the last eight points to seal the win for the Wolves at 10-7.

"Our match against Piedmont today was a challenge, but our women worked incredibly hard to show that Wesleyan tennis is here to compete in our new conference. I am incredibly proud of the continued work this group has put in, and it is showing in our match results."
