The Wolves program was once again shorthanded as they traveled to LaGrange College last night. With no subs, Coach Herring relied on all five starters to play the entire forty minutes.
Speaking after the game, he said. "Last night, before the game, and during, we talked about character. That this was a character game. Dont quit. Let me coach you. Play hard. Play with great attitude. We did that tonight. What we also did was move the basketball like we had yet to do all season. We boxed out better than we had all season. These small steps are big steps towards the future of our program. That is what we will build upon. Character. Tonight was a great step in that direction."
The Wolves will hit the road again on Saturday as they travel to Berea College in Kentucky. The game tips off at 2:00 PM.
